I am an author of craft, design and style books, plus children’s practical books. I have broadcast on both radio and television. I write for magazines on style and design and makeovers. I have designed and manufactured many different products during my career including baby items and maternity wear. I run a locations agency for film, television, video and stills shoots. I live in London and sail as part of a racing team on a Hod 35 on the south coast of England.

I trained as a Textile designer at Camberwell School of Art. I completed a postgraduate art teachers certificate at Goldsmiths College London university. I taught part time and designed and made clothes and accessories from high fashion to a baby changing bag.

i have worked as a consultant to Dylon the Uk's foremost dye company.

I am particularly keen on textile arts and especially recyling.
